Booking Conditions - Burnside Cottage Furnace
All electricity, logs, coal etc. are included in the rental fee.
All bed linen and tea towels are included but you must bring your own towels
Sorry no pets allowed and No smoking within the cottage.
Minimum stay normally 3 nights unless otherwise stated.
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required within 7 days to secure your booking
The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your holiday commencing.
For late bookings falling within this 4 week period the full payment is required.
Cancellations: Over 8 Weeks - 100% of the balance. Over 6 weeks - 75% of the balance. Over 4 weeks - 50% of the balance.
There is also a £50 damage deposit required with your final payment. This sum will be banked and refunded to you by post at the end of your holiday.
The cottage can be accessed from 4.00pm on date of arrival.
The cottage must be vacated by 10.00am on the date of departure.
